Jo Gillett

Co-owner, runs ‘Cutting Edge’ has been awarded the’ Master Craftsman, Diploma in Hairdressing’ by the Hairdressing Council. During her years in the Industry she has completed NVQ Levels 2 & 3 and worked for 5 years in a local salon before starting up in business with her family. Jo now continues her training with REDKEN having completed many courses.

Emma Huggett

Senior Stylist, has been with Cutting Edge since 4th March 2008 and already has a large loyal client base. Emma has worked with Joanne previously and welcomed the opportunity to work with her again. Emma has completed her NVQ level 2 and is working towards her NVQ level 3. Emma has completed courses run by REDKEN on products & colour.

Senior Stylist, has been with Cutting Edge since 1st July 2008 having completed her NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 at Sussex Downs College in Eastbourne (being the stylist for the more outrageous and daring hair styles – but creating stunning hair designs to the delight of clients). Stacey has won competitions whilst at college for her Avant-garde hair styles and has completed courses run by REDKEN on products & colour.

Sarah helped set up Cutting Edge Prom & Bridal, using the experience gained from trying to buy her own wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses, locally – but to no avail.
Sarah is very creative and loves helping people to choose the ‘dress of their dreams’ for their ‘big day’.Sarah is available to give help and advice in our Prom & Bridal Boutique, but prior booking time with her, is advisable.
